Available on
The Client Portal is included on Crew and Shop. See pricing.
A clean place for your clients to see their jobs, pay, and ask for more.
Magic-link login. Clients see their jobs, quotes, invoices, and request history. They sign, they pay, they ask for more work without emailing you about a status.
What this solves
Property managers are the loudest version of this, but every recurring client has the same question on Wednesday afternoon: "When are you coming this week?" They text you, you check the calendar, you text back, repeat. Multiply by 30 active clients and a chunk of your week disappears into "just confirming."
The client portal gives every client their own view. They sign in with a magic link (no password if they don't want one) and see their open jobs, upcoming visits, quotes that need a signature, invoices they can pay, and the history of every job you have ever done for them. They can submit a new request from the same screen and it lands in your inbox like any other lead.
You spend less time confirming, they spend less time wondering, and the recurring clients you do keep stay longer.
How it works
-
Invite the client.
Open any client record, click "Invite to portal." A magic link goes to their email. They click, they're in. No password setup forced on them.
Invite-to-portal modal -
They see their stuff.
Their portal dashboard shows open jobs, upcoming visits, quotes waiting to be signed, and invoices they can pay. Each is one tap into the detail.
Portal dashboard on a phone -
They take action without your help.
Sign a quote. Pay an invoice with Apple Pay. Submit a new request with photos. Confirm a recurring visit. None of these require an email to you.
Portal quote-signing view -
Property managers see their units.
If a client is a property manager with multiple addresses, the portal shows each unit. They can submit a request per unit, see history per unit, and approve quotes per unit.

Common questions
Do clients have to create an account?
No. The default is magic-link sign-in by email. They click a link in an email, they are in. They can optionally set a password if they want to skip the email step on future visits.
Will my clients use this?
The ones who are paying recurring invoices and submitting requests will. One-off clients tend not to bother. That is fine. The portal does not have to be a habit for everyone.
Can I brand it?
Yes. Your logo, your company name, your accent color. It says "Powered by EosLog" in small text in the footer on paid plans.
What if a client manages 12 buildings?
Property-manager mode. Each unit shows up separately so they can submit requests, approve quotes, and view history per unit. Quotes and invoices can be addressed to the management company or to a unit-level contact.
Do they see other clients?
No. Each client sees only their own records. Portal access is scoped to their client ID.
