Connect EosLog to your AI assistant
EosLog is field service management for small US service businesses: cleaning, landscaping, plumbing, pest control, and other trades. The EosLog connector lets an AI assistant work directly with your account, so you can check the day's schedule, create and assign jobs, and send invoices by asking in plain language.
The connector is a hosted MCP server. It works with assistants that support the Model Context Protocol, including Meta Muse, Claude, and ChatGPT.
Endpoint
POST https://eoslog.com/mcp
The server speaks MCP over Streamable HTTP and answers each request with JSON. Authentication uses a bearer token in the Authorization header:
Authorization: Bearer eoslog_mcp_<your token>
Getting a connector token
Tokens belong to your EosLog account and can only be created by a company admin or manager. Each token is shown once at creation, is stored by us only as a hash, and can be revoked at any time. Create yours in EosLog under Settings, in the AI Connectors tab. If you do not see that tab, ask your account admin.
What your assistant can do
| Tool | What it does |
|---|---|
business_snapshot | Today's jobs, revenue collected, and outstanding invoices at a glance |
list_jobs | The schedule for a day, with times, clients, statuses, and crew |
get_job | Full detail for one job, including address, crew, and invoice state |
create_job | Create a job for an existing client, scheduled or unscheduled |
assign_worker | Put a team member on a job |
list_unpaid_invoices | Outstanding invoices with balances, due dates, and overdue flags |
create_invoice_for_job | Draft an invoice from a completed job |
send_invoice | Send a drafted invoice to the client with a payment link |
Reads are instant. Writes go through the same rules as the app: plan limits, roles, and company boundaries all apply.
Access and limits
The connector requires an EosLog account. A free plan is available and paid plans start at $39 per month. Free plan accounts have monthly volume caps on job and invoice creation. Fair use rate limits apply to the endpoint. EosLog serves US businesses only.
Security
Every request is scoped to the authenticated company's own records. Tokens carry admin or manager authority, stop working if that person leaves the role, and can be revoked at any time from our side on request. Suspended accounts and expired trials lose connector access the same way they lose app access.
