1. Parties
This Photo Release (the "Release") is granted as of Effective Date by Client Name ("Client") to Provider Business Name ("Provider").
2. Grant of Permission
Client grants Provider permission to take, edit, and use photographs and short videos of the exterior and interior of the property at Property Address ("Images"), specifically including before-and-after views of work performed by Provider. This permission is granted without payment, royalty, or other compensation to Client.
3. Permitted Uses
Provider may use the Images for the following purposes: Permitted Uses. Permitted uses include cropping, color correction, and standard editing, but Provider will not alter the Images in a way that misrepresents the condition of the property.
4. What Is Not Included
This Release does not cover, and Provider will not capture or use, Images that show:
- The face of any person at the property
- Identifying documents, family photographs, personal correspondence, or financial paperwork
- Children, minors, or items belonging to minors
- Items of obvious sensitive or private nature (firearms, prescription medication, religious items)
- The street address, house number, or any other identifier that would let a viewer locate the property
5. Revocation
Client may revoke this Release at any time by giving Provider written notice (email is sufficient). Upon revocation, Provider will, within 30 days, (a) stop using the Images in any new materials, (b) remove the Images from Provider's website and social-media accounts under Provider's direct control, and (c) make a good-faith effort to remove the Images from any third-party platforms where Provider has posted them. Provider is not obligated to recall printed materials already in distribution or content already shared by third parties beyond Provider's control.
6. Ownership
Provider owns the copyright in the Images. Client retains all rights in the underlying property. Nothing in this Release transfers ownership of the property or any improvements on it.
7. Governing Law
This Release is governed by the laws of the State of Governing State, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
