Questions

Why is location data removed?

Phone photos can store the exact GPS spot where they were taken, and for a job photo that is usually your customer's home. Every photo this tool saves is a new image with no location or other hidden camera data in it, so you can post it without giving away the address.

Are my photos uploaded?

No. Your photos and your logo are read and drawn in your browser, on your phone or computer. Nothing is sent to EosLog or anyone else.

Should I ask the customer before posting?

It's good practice. Ask before you post photos of someone's home, and keep house numbers, faces and mail out of the frame. Many businesses add a line about photos to their service agreement.

How many photos can I do at once?

Up to 30 photos per batch. One photo downloads as a JPG and several download as one ZIP file. On a phone that can share files, Save to photos opens the share sheet so you can save them to your photos.

How does the before and after pairing work?

Photos pair up in the order you add them: 1 and 2, then 3 and 4, and so on. The first photo of each pair is Before. Use Swap before and after to flip a pair. If one photo is left over, it is saved on its own.

Where does the date come from?

From the date the camera stored inside the photo when it was taken. Screenshots and some edited or messaged photos don't have one, and those are saved without a date. The tool never guesses a date.
