Questions
Is it free to copy, or do I pay at the end?
Free, start to finish. There's no step where we ask for a card or an email before you can copy it.
Where is my logo stored?
We host it for free, because email apps need a web link to show an image. It's only used in your signature, and you can remove it anytime from this browser. Once you remove it, emails you already sent with it will stop showing it.
What kind of logo file works best?
A PNG, JPEG, GIF or WebP image up to 1 MB. Your browser shrinks it to 600 pixels wide or less before it is stored, so it loads fast in your emails.
Why does my signature look different on my phone?
Some phone apps strip formatting. Use the iPhone tab above for the steps that keep it intact.
