Questions

What is the difference between Light and Strong?

Light rewrites the file more compactly and keeps the text selectable. Strong turns each page into a JPG picture, which shrinks scans and photos the most, but the text can no longer be selected or searched.

Why didn't my file get smaller?

Some PDFs are already about as small as they can be. If the result isn't smaller than your original, we say so and don't offer it. Strong usually helps most with scanned pages and photos.

Is my file uploaded?

No. The file is compressed inside your browser, so contracts and customer details never leave your device. EosLog never receives it.
