How do I move a page on a phone?

Use the arrow buttons under each page to move it earlier or later. On a computer you can also drag it.

Can I get a deleted page back?

Yes. Deleted pages stay in the list, dimmed, until you download. Tap Restore to bring one back.

Is my file uploaded?

No. The file is rearranged inside your browser, so contracts and customer details never leave your device. EosLog never receives it.
